A. We want you to be happy with your purchases. All products will be accepted for replacement or credit within 15 days of the invoice date. All products returned must be received by us within 30 days of the invoice date.

Q.What does it mean when the stock level says "Contact Us?"
A. This may or may not mean that the product is available. Some of our products are drop-shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. In this situation, we do not know how many units the manufacturer has in stock. You may wish to contact us about the availablity of the product, or you can simply make the purchase if you wish. Your credit card will not be charged until the product is shipped to you, and we will contact you if there is any difficulty in getting the item.
